Orders are shipped to Jamaica by either air or sea. Shipping choice is based on the size and weight of items being shipped. Items sent by air, will be available to our Jamaica office within 24 to 48 hours after shipping. Items shipped by sea will take 4 to 7 days to reach Jamaica.
Express delivery can be arranged for an additional fee at customer's request. Please contact us for these services.
Items purchased from the website will include shipping charges at the checkout screen. Discount shipping charges is available for multiple purchases. Please contact us for discounts.
Shipping charges for special orders will be based on the size of the item. Customers will be notified of the shipping charges for their confirmation, before the order is completed.
Note: Customers will not be billed until all charges are agreed upon.
A description and cost of each item shipped will be transmitted to our Jamaica office. Our local office will notify customers of arrival dates. Customers will also be given all local applicable charges on items.
Some items may include custom, handling, storage, GCT or wharfage charges. Please contact our local office for applicable fees that may apply on certain items.
Customers will have the option of picking up items or having items delivered.
Customers will have the option of charges COD, or paying the charges before the order is cleared at customs. Please contact our local office for delivery options.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All necessary steps should be made to ensure the correct item is being ordered.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
